MTIV offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans (Pro and Premium) provide additional features and higher usage limits. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to the free tier and you will retain access to your data.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us at support@mtiv.ai for a full refund. After 7 days, no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods or unused time.
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for downgrades.
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days notice before any price increase takes effect for their account.
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. This will permanently remove your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful behavior, or for any other reason at our discretion. We will attempt to notify you before termination when feasible.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that should survive termination (such as limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where MTIV is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MTIV regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
